This year our True Leadership Journey starts - 28th June 2022

The modular course in blended learning format is designed for leaders who want to develop their effectively sustainable leadership competencies. The goal is to make sustainable decisions, generate responsible innovations and make an impact for a sustainable economy through ethical reflection and values-based leadership. Contents
- Developing, reflecting and implementing the overall purpose of the company
- Achieving a positive handprint (social contribution). Leadership from the inside to the outside
- Strengthening of personal effectiveness. Every leadership starts with oneself (Self-Leadership).
- Practical learning projects and elaboration of the individual development plan
- Practical transfer into the own daily business life
