Impulse #3 Sustainable / Integrated Reporting at Rotary Club Stuttgart International
Uhr | Location: Stuttgart
The Rotary Club Stuttgart-International Impulses are for leaders, in role or attitude, who want to refresh and widen their own ideas and are eager to increase the impact of their organization for more sustainable business results.
The new EU-Regulation, the demand of customers and finally the public interest create the need to report on the strategy, conduct and results of your business in an integrated way. The third Impulse Event of RC Stuttgart-International was therefore focused on Integrated Reporting. Peter Teuscher, (middle) Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BSD Consulting shared his experience in preparing and training companies globally on Globally Responsible Reporting (GRI). Bernhard Schwager, (left) Head of Sustainability Office at Robert Bosch GmbH, provided practical insights on application challenges and advantages of reporting sustainability in a company.
In 2016, the EU directive will be turned into national law. From 2017, companies with more than 500 employees will be required to report on environmental, social and employee-related (e.g. human rights, anti-corruption and bribery) matters.
Initiator: Rotary Club Stuttgart International, President 2015-2016, Klaus J. Schuler, Managing Director at Tripl3Leader (right) See related video interviews and video documentation of event on http://www.tripl3leader.de/community/
