As a multiple company founder, Klaus Schuler can look back on over thirty years of professional experience in the field of management and leadership development. He was himself an international executive and was responsible for numerous country and product groups in a leading global management consultancy. Through his studies in educational science, he specialized in personnel and organizational development at a very early stage.
